Dark Chocolate Matcha Bites

Dark chocolate not only boosts metabolism but also improves mood. Use dark chocolate along with matcha powder to prepare dessert bites that you can have at the end of every meal.

Ingredients

1/2 scoop matcha powder

1 Tbsp. edible oil 

2 Tbsp. maple syrup

1/2 Tsp. vanilla 

4 dark chocolate bars

1/4 cup coconut butter

Method

Melt the oil along with chocolate and then add the vanilla. Take a bowl and mix coconut butter, matcha, and syrup. Take half chocolate mixture in a lined mini-muffin pan and top with matcha paste. Freeze for some time, top with remaining chocolate mixture and again freeze.

Nut Butter & Berry Smoothie

Nuts are great metabolism boosters. That means you can use nuts, nut butter, and nut milk in metabolism boosting recipes. How about combining these healthy food staples with berries and make a delicious smoothie using them? Feel free to use nut milk and butter of your choice for this smoothie.

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

2 cups nut milk

1 1/2 cup mixed berries

1 Tbsp. nut butter 

Maple syrup (optional)

Method

Take the nut butter smoothie ingredients in a blender and pulse until incorporated well. Top with maple syrup if you want and serve.

Pancakes With Cashew Butter

Cashew butter when added to pancake batter results in amazingly healthy and delicious pancakes. You can substitute cashew butter with almond butter.

Ingredients

2 cup pancake mix

3 Tbsp. cashew butter

2 Tbsp. honey

Berries as toppings

Method

Blend together pancake mix and cashew butter. Heat the skillet to make pancakes. Top the pancakes with more butter along with berries. Do pour some honey on the stacked pancakes. 

Blackberry & Lemon Chia Seed Pudding

Make a detoxing chia pudding with lemon and blackberries. This pudding also works perfectly in burning excess body fat.

Ingredients

1 cup nut milk

3 Tbsp. chia seeds

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

3 Tbsp. blackberries

1/2 Tbsp. honey

Lemon zest

Method

Take milk, honey, lemon juice, zest, and chia seeds in a bowl. Whisk the mixture and let it sit for 25-30 minutes. Give it a good whisk again and then refrigerate overnight. Cover the chia pudding before you put it in the fridge. Serve the chia pudding the next morning by first topping it with fresh blackberries. 

Tip: Add chopped blackberries in the chia seed mixture if you want. You can also add some strawberries and raspberries over the pudding. 

Bean-Turkey Chili

Turkey and bean combination is incredible when it comes to boosting metabolism. Take pinto beans and white beans to make a delicious chili curry meal.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

3 Tbsp. blackberries

1/2 Tbsp. honey

1/2 Tbsp. cumin powder

12 oz. chicken broth

Oil

Salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste

Method 

Sauté the bay leaves, garlic, and onion. Add the spices, hot sauce, and cook until fragrant. Stir in tomato paste along with jalapeno and tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. Add the turkey and cook it until subtly brown. Now pour the broth, beans, and season the mixture. You can add more hot sauce. Cook the bean mixture and then serve.
